The Maplewood Division of Arts & Culture is excited to announce the return of Just Like A Girl*, a collaborative exhibition celebrating the creativity, strength, and vision of young female* artists. Following the incredible response to last year’s exhibition, the show returns to The 1978 Maplewood Arts Center in celebration of Women’s History Month, on view March 7–29, 2026.

Maplewood, NJ – September 2025 — interACT Theatre Productions is proud to open its 2025–2026 season with Jeffrey Hatcher’s gripping adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic novella, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Performances will run October 10–25, 2025 at The Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts in Maplewood, NJ.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ (May 2025) — OUT IN MAPSO is back! Our vibrant and powerful month-long celebration returns this June to celebrate LGBTQ+ identity, visibility, and community in Maplewood and South Orange.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ – Maplewood’s Division of Arts and Culture is set to participate in the second edition of Garden State Art Weekend later this month with “Earth & Water”, a solo exhibition by Lauren Rosenthal McManus. The opening reception is scheduled for Thursday, April 24th (5pm – 8pm), with community workshops and additional viewing dates to follow.
