The 1978 Collection Returns to 1978 Maplewood Arts Center

The 1978 Collection returns to the 1978 Maplewood Arts Center this year, bringing together a thoughtfully curated selection of work by local artists in a vibrant, accessible arts market.

Co-curated by Leslie Goldman (Wild Cherry Art) and Maria Savidis-Markatos, in partnership with the Township of Maplewood Division of Arts & Culture, the collection celebrates the creativity of our local arts community.

Jeremy Moss, Curator of the Heidi Gallery in Livingston and the Iris Gallery at SOPAC, will serve as this year’s juror.

For two days, 1978 will be transformed into a boutique-style local art market, featuring carefully selected works inspired by the quality and design of a museum store—creative, accessible, and perfect for collectors, art lovers, and gift-givers alike.
