Vocalist Samarth Nagarkar brings his ensemble to the Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts for an evening of Hindustani classical music centered on the theme of spring. Through a selection of ragas traditionally associated with the season, the program traces the unfolding of melody, mood, and improvisation in the Khyal tradition.

Nagarkar is joined by Rigved Deshpande (tabla) and Rohan Prabhudesai (harmonium), artists recognized for their nuanced and responsive accompaniment. The performance will also feature a special guest artist, offering an additional artistic dimension to the evening.
