Join your friends and neighbors in SOMA in a moment of shared recognition of the impact that the COVID-19 has had on our community, including those who have lost loved ones and others who are suffering the economic impact, as well as those first responders and essential workers who have given so much.

SOMA neighbors are invited to step out onto their stoops, porches and balconies to wave lights in a community-wide moment of solidarity. Our youth are asked to create posters and artwork that they will share from a safe distance and then display on the windows of their homes throughout the week.

At 8pm, local bells will toll as we lift our lights together, in remembrance and in hope.
