Hi team! I'm hosting a poetry salon because I wanted to write AND perform more poetry. I couldn't find many opportunities, so I simply created it for myself in hopes that if I wanted to do this, there might be others out there that wanted to too. Keep in mind, I have ZERO formal training outside of 8" grade English class. This space is a safe one. I will hold it supportively and generously. I have a great deal of experience doing this part. SO, if you're new to this, if you think you need to be "good," you don't. You are welcome just as you are, with whatever words you bring. I can't wait to hear them and cheer you on.
