Kim Rubino
Starting the roots of her eclectic career in Brooklyn, Kim first found her passion for designing and making jewelry during the pandemic when she could no longer work as a massage therapist. Incorporating the crystals she collected throughout her life and in her spiritual practice she created several collections set in both silver and copper. While her copper collections use a method called electroforming that she taught herself during the quarantine, she realized her real passion was in traditional metal work after moving to a beautiful artist city in central Mexico, called San Miguel de Allende. She lived and studied there for about a year before returning to the states. A new resident to Maplewood, NJ she would love to eventually open a local business doing massage and creating art.
