Maplewood, NJ – September 2025 — interACT Theatre Productions is proud to open its 2025–2026 season with Jeffrey Hatcher’s gripping adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic novella, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Performances will run October 10–25, 2025 at The Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts in Maplewood, NJ.
The Township of Maplewood’s Division of Arts & Culture is proud to present Reflecting Refuge, a powerful and participatory art installation by New Jersey-based artist Christine Sauerteig-Pilaar, opening Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the 1978 Maplewood Arts Center.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ (May 2025) — OUT IN MAPSO is back! Our vibrant and powerful month-long celebration returns this June to celebrate LGBTQ+ identity, visibility, and community in Maplewood and South Orange.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ – Maplewood’s Division of Arts and Culture is set to participate in the second edition of Garden State Art Weekend later this month with “Earth & Water”, a solo exhibition by Lauren Rosenthal McManus. The opening reception is scheduled for Thursday, April 24th (5pm – 8pm), with community workshops and additional viewing dates to follow.
On Sunday, March 23 at 3:00pm at The Woodland, 60 Woodland Rd, Maplewood NJ, a very special dance performance will take place featuring three dance groups performing all original choreography.
